Join Our Social Network and Communicate with Members Online
You’ve just attended your Phi Beta Kappa initiation ceremony, and you’re wondering how you might keep in touch with your fellow ΦBKs after graduation. Or perhaps you’ve recently moved to a new town and want to know if there are any other members in the area who you might add to your professional network while building your career.
ΦBK members can now keep in touch by joining the Society’s online member network. Login on the ΦBK Web site and reconnect with old friends or make new contacts in your community or across the country.
About the ΦBK Member Network
To join the member network, login on the ΦBK Web site. Click on the link to the network, choose your display name, and add any information that you would like to share with other members to your online profile.
Members who join have access to many different social networking tools and features, including a blog, photo album, calendar and messaging service.
Members can use the network to contact other ΦBKs and invite them to become “Friends” on the site. Accepting an invitation to become “Friends” allows members to have access to each other’s profiles. Members can also create “Friend Circles” for communication and discussion among a selected group of the member’s “Friends.”
How do I login?
Go to the login box located on the ΦBK homepage or click here.
You will be asked for your login, which is your Member ID, the six- or seven-digit number that appears next to your name on your Key Reporter address label and other ΦBK mailings.
Your password consists of your first and last names and the last two digits of the year you were elected to ΦBK, with no spaces in between.
For example, if your name is Mary Jones and you were elected in 2001, your password is maryjones01. If your last name is hyphenated, include the hyphen.
